Powered by WebRing.Well, let me give you a little introduction to my opinion on the legalizatin of Marijuana. Today is the 18th of July in the Year Of Our Lord 2008. I guess I have a lot of opinions on a lot of subjects; I just am a big procrastinator and so, my rants might be a little few and far between. Despite my opinion on the legalization of Marijuana I am really very much a conservative. I am not a big stoner. I simply feel that the prohibition on something as harmless as Pot is truly rediculous. The prohibition against alcohol produced Al Capone and a truly violent response. So, the government lifted it. The prohibition against pot has only produced people who want to get along with others. We are not violent so the prohibition continues. Marijuana does not kill and has many medicinal uses. Read the NORML FAQ Page for more information. I used to take perscription anti depressants. Did you know that Perscription Anti Depressants can produce suicidal tendancies? So, you feed depressed perhaps suicidal and then they perscribe Anti Depressants and what do you get? Suicidal Tendancies. Well, they certainly never helped me much. But, Marijuana has. I am no longer depressed. I don't use it every day but, I am a much happier person. Additionally, Alchohol can result in violent behaviors that can lead to injury or death. Ever hear of a violent Stoner?

a basic truth for you. On an instinctual level the real difference between
men and women is this: Men raise families to mate. Women mate to raise
families.

Roe vs. Wade the courts becided that a woman has the right to do with
her body as she wishes right? So, why don't I have the right to do what
I want with my body? Why is Marijuana still illegal? Why is it OK to kill
an unborn child even to kill a child being born or worse yet, to kill
a child that has just been born but, if I smoke a joint I risk prison?
